Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms.

QCampus ERP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or refuse all or part of its services, for any reason without notice to you.

This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws in India and in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of QCampus ERP, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bangalore, India (only).

This Agreement does not in any manner create any relationship whatsoever as between you and the QCampus ERP, either as a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship. Performance of this agreement by QCampus ERP is subject to existing laws and legal process in India, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of the rights of QCampus ERP to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of QCampus ERP or information provided to or gathered by QCampus ERP with respect to such use.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and QCampus ERP with respect to the QCampus ERP and it supersedes all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and QCampus ERP with respect to the QCampus ERP site.

Please note that Packages once subscribed cannot be canceled and no refund to that effect can be made. Since qcampuserp.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the package is subscribed. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding that no refund or cancellation is possible upon any subscription at our site.
